The Specialty Tea Institute’s “Foundations of Tea, Level One & Level Two" Certification seminars were attended by Hawaii Tea Society Members Eva Lee and Mike Longo as well as Dwight Sato (CTAHR) and Milton Yamasaki (Mealani Ag Station).
