Hawai’i Tea Society is looking for sponsors to donate refreshments at our upcoming workshop on temomi hand processing. Your donations would be greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. The two day workshop, on June 23rd and 24th, 2007, will feature Toshikazu Yamashita, seven time grand prize winner of the Japan National Tea Contest in the gyokuro category, who will lead us through the process of making this special green tea. On Day 1 we’ll use gyokuro leaf from Japan and on Day 2 we will use fresh leaf from Hawai’i.
