Included as a Bonus Event on Day 2 of the June 23rd / 24th, 2007 Temomi Hand Processing Green Tea Workshop, Masters Yamashita, Sugimoto, and Dejima will be available to comment on your Hawaii grown and processed tea.

Samples will be anonymously labeled by number so that the feedback can be observed by all without identifying which farm produced it. A sample of five grams or more will be sufficient for this event and should be delivered to the workshop location on the second day of the workshop, June 24th, 2007 before 12pm.
