Unless you have previously received instructions for logging in, your user id and password have been set up as follows.
UserID : first name (space) last name in lower case, without hyphens. For Example: Betty-Jo Doe would be 'bettyjo doe'
Temporary Password: Last 4 digits of your telephone number or if there was none provided at registration, your po box or street number for mailing.
For maximum security, please change your password when you log in to the site. Click 'your details' in the user menu on the left side of the home page. Your user id may also be changed.
Your password can always be retrieved by clicking on 'lost password' under the log in field on the left side of the page.
